Hello from Ichiro! 
We are very sorry for the trouble about message board for long time. Last summer we made new board, and made it formal bord because this 'pro board' have some troubles. But also at our new board, some trouble occured, and we had to adjourn it.
In each boards one of serious troubles is from our ability. We are always too busy to reads all posts and respond them. Especially we are not good at reading delicate nuance of colloquial writing. Sometimes there posted inadequate message, and we missed them.
We wanted to make good comunication board for kimono lovers, but we had to noice that it is too diffcult work for us to run it only by our staffs.
When we begun to think we should close board, 'Daikan' san offer us he will undertake the administration of this board. Daikan san is one of our most old customers , and always he gives us helpful advices.
Without hesitation, we asked him to be an adoministrator of this board. We are very very happy to be able to continue massage board with him!
To use this board, we must say one thing to all members. This board is free board. We can donate, and get rid of the advertisement. But whether we donate or not, there is not the enough support from the 'pro-boart'. They don't accept any e-mails from us. Last summer sometimes this board could not access, but 'pro-boards' did nothing about those troubles.
But as many customer says, this board has unique and full facility, and very easy to use. Please remember that this board may have serious trouble in future.

Hey, now that I've found this site it seems to be abandoned. Is anyone still interested or is there another site I should see? Does Ichiro san still monitor at all?

Mike,
Just wanted to let you know that this board hasn't been completely abandoned. I check it very occasionally now, since most of the interest seems to have dried up. We had a very good run for several years, but I'm uncertain whether peoples' interest changed or if the spark just died.
Nevertheless, there's a lot of good content here, so it's not entirely usless as a reference. You can always address your questions or comments to me. I would ask that you also post you comment or question on the board, and send it as an e-mail to me directly. You can do so by accessing the 'member' feature above the masthead.
