Other than nagajuban, what's the traditional underwear for kimono? Fundoshi?

There's also the hada-juban, which is the upper half of the naga-juban. Sometimes they might be 3/4 length as well.

P.S. They are available in cotton, and occasionally appear on E-bay.

Isn't nagajuban a one piece thing? I think you're thinking of the ones that can be worn separately (sort of like a slip and upper robe).
I mean what was traditionally worn under the nagajuban.

Yes, nagajuban are one piece, there are nagajuban types that are separate. What goes under the nagajuban (also under the two piece) is a hadajuban, a short T-shirt like undergarment, but of course wrap around. For women a susojoke would be worn with this. So you have: 1- Hadajuban www.pinokio.co.jp/Mochikomi/Hadajuban-A.jpg (for men the trim would be black or dark blue) and Susojoke (traditional)(there is also a one piece kind, is more modern) Ichiroya sells them occasionally: www.ichiroya.com/item/list3.php?no=218412- Nagajuban one piece (traditional) or two piece (modern). 3- Kimono Etc etc..... For men there is a wrap around thing too, as lower underwear, (of course short, not as long as for women) but I do not know the name, sorry. Now a day you could wear shorts. I think fundoshi would be very traditional, but might be a bit bulky under your kimono? I am not sure, sorry again.
